@Jamithlee made a realistic Crochet model in blender, just out of the blue. It’s delightfully accurate, and he even says the undergarments are modeled as well.

*Strictly speaking, there were no submissions in the 2nd quarter, but that drawing was submitted right at the end of March, so it’ll have to count.

Turns out pieces submitted to NG will have their colors muted just the tiniest bit. This probably isn’t unusual for art-sharing sites like this, but just be aware if you’re particular about colors. Keep the un-submitted version on you, I guess.

Sick as a dog, hope it’s not Covid. Brain too foggy for detailed drawings, didn’t want to waste time on Youtube, so I decided to make an army… of Crochet gesture drawings.

But really, I liked doing these. I didn’t know that these proportions were so familiar to me that I can make rough after rough of that ragdoll without thinking too hard.
